salon policies

  • Advanced booking is suggested. We are typically booked solid 2-3 weeks out. PRICES VARY- Additional cost may occur as a result of hair density, length, or damage.

  • Rescheduling Policy: All rescheduling MUST be done 24 hours before your appointment, this can be done from your confirmation email.

  • Late Policy: If you are more than 15 mins late your service total is subject to a late fee or your appointment may be canceled. We service one client at a time if you are late you will push into the next client's appointment which will create a domino effect in our schedule.

  • Children are ONLY allowed if being serviced. The salon is a place where many women come for relaxation and renewal, please be considerate of others' peace.

  • Deposits are NONrefundable and NONtransferable.NO calls NO shows will be charged the FULL service total to the card on file.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If for any reason a client is not satisfied with the outcome of their salon experience, please notify the salon no more than 7 days from the service date (via voicemail or email). We will schedule a follow-up appointment within 2 weeks to address any dissatisfaction.
