sERVICE policies

ALL SERVICES ARE VIRTUAL AND CONDUCTED THROUGH ZOOM 

Please download before your service if you haven't already.

 

  • Rescheduling Policy: All rescheduling MUST be done 48 hours before your appointment, this can be done from your confirmation email. Within 24 hours is subject to a $30 charge.  

  • Late Policy: If you are more than 15 mins late your service total is subject to a late charge or your appointment may be canceled. We service one client at a time if you are late you will push into the next client's appointment which will create a domino effect in my schedule.

  • Full service balance is due at time of booking and is nonrefundable. Rescheduling policy applies.
