sERVICE policies

Please review our policies below. Booking this appointment means you have read and agree to statements below. 

 

POLICIES

* Advanced booking is suggested. We are typically booked solid 2-3 weeks out.

 

* PRICES VARY- Additional cost may occur as a result of hair density, length or damage.

 

* Rescheduling Policy: All rescheduling MUST be done 24 hours before your appointment, this can be done from your confirmation email.

 

* Late Policy: If you are more than 15 mins late you service total is subject to a late fee or your appointment may be canceled. We service one client at a time if you are late you will push into the next client's appointment which will create a domino effect in our schedule.

 

* Children are ONLY allowed if being serviced. The salon is a place where many women come for relaxation and renewal, please be considerate of others' peace.

 

* Deposits are NONrefundable and NONtransferable.NO call NO shows will be charged the FULL service total to card on file.

 

* Satisfaction Guarantee: If for any reason a client is not satisfited with the outcome of their salon experience, please notify the salon no more than 7 days from service date (via voicemail or email). We will schedule a follow up appointment within 2 weeks to address any dissatisfaction.

 

​All virtual services are conducted through Zoom

  • Full service balance is due at time of booking and is nonrefundable. Rescheduling policy applies.
